RANCH ORGANIC COTTON PREORDER UPDATE

YEE HAW! Ranch Fabric Swatches Have Arrived.
Our first batch of Ranch strike-offs has officially arrived!
These are the first fabric print samples from the preorder collection, and this is one of the most important moments in the process. Your feedback truly helps shape what moves forward into production.

Refresher: What’s a Strike-Off?
Strike-offs are print tests on fabric that allow us to review scale, color, and overall aesthetic before full production begins.
This is where we fine-tune the details — and where your input makes a real difference.
We Need Your Help 🖤
If you participated in this preorder, we’d love for you to weigh in.
Simply drop a comment on this post with any thoughts, callouts, or questions.
Scale & Color Review
To help you visualize scale, we’ve photographed each strike-off next to a 18-24 month dress.
If you ordered during this preorder, please share feedback on any prints you have opinions about. Every comment will be considered as we determine next steps.

In this first group, we do have some scale options on a couple below to weigh in on.

A Few Notes While Viewing:
- Photos were taken in our office under artificial lighting and are not color corrected.
- These print designs and colorways were selected through community voting during the preorder process.
- Some colors may read slightly off due to lighting and phone photography, but the underlying print files remain consistent with our approved artwork.
- If you’re unsure about a color — ask! We’re happy to clarify.
What Happens Next?
After we gather feedback, each strike-off will be:
- APPROVED — cleared to move forward into production
- REJECTED — adjustments requested and a new strike-off submitted
This is exactly where customer feedback helps us get things right.
If, during review, we feel it would be helpful to see a full physical sample, we’ll share updates here on the blog.
Behind the Scenes: Production Updates
· We’ve also completed final trim checks with our preorder team based on units sold vs. ordered.
· A few style standard updates have been communicated to the factory
· Prototypes have been requested where needed

Thank you for helping us make this collection the best it can be. Your feedback truly matters — and we can’t wait to see photos of your little ones in these looks!
Follow up comment: regarding the green for the highland cows, from the picture of the jogger set the fabric had looked more like the green in the cactus sample here. I think it looks a lot better in the green tones than what seems to be more white or blue right now.
I ordered 0-3 and 2t and 4t of the blue dahlia and 6-12 of the burlwood dahlia. I think the footies are lapneck, so the large print still works on the 0-3.
I also ordered lavender wildflower and hope it is really lavender and not the grey that it looks in the pic. I bought coordinating outfits for the twins in the lavendar wildflower and the cornflower wallpaper, so it would be sad if the one had a lovely blue and the other had a dull grey. The lilac scatter is adorable and I am dying that I didn’t get a single piece in that.
I’m also curious about the wheat/yellow situation. I bought a ton of it and love the yellow in the mockups… it is such a complementary tone with the pink solid.
I thought the highland cows were supposed to be on a more green background ? In the pictures with the other fabrics in this release the cows look really lightly printed too.
The background of Coyote Moon looks more yellow than I expected, curious how it would look under different lighting.
I love everything about lavender wildflower and the cornflower. Mauve retro floral scale is great; it does seem a tad too saturated for my taste. I would probably pass unless it was time down a wee bit.
