1. How long will the preorder be available to purchase?
 a. The preorder will be available on site from 1/16/2026 2pm PST to 1/18/2026 11:59pm. Please note we will remove product and sizes early that are not selling.

2. Exclusive Preorder Merge
 a. We will only be merging orders that contain items from the Preorder collection. If you place multiple orders during the duration the preorder is live and they do not contain preorder items, the order(s) will not merge. To ensure you get all your items in a timely manner we highly recommend placing separate orders for preorder and non-preorder items.

3. When will my order ship?
 a. Our current estimated start processing date the week of June 1st, 2026. Please note that any preorder additions or extensions could extend this processing date.

4. Will my order be prioritized
 a. All orders containing items from the Preorder will be prioritized as soon as the collection reaches our warehouse.

5. Can I cancel?
 a. If you do not receive tracking information for your Preorder by the end of day on 6/30/2026, you may request to cancel your order and return to the original form of payment.

6. What if I have an item on my order that isn't from the collection? Can I have that shipped separately?
 a. Items from a different collection will not be shipped separately if they are part of your Preorder. You may reach out to customer service and request for your order to be split but it will be an additional shipping charge based off the requested shipping method.

7. Will there be a restock the next morning?
 a. This collection will not be restocked the following morning. Since this is a preorder event all inventory is "unlimited" as we will be purchasing items based off of sales. We will not be loading any additional inventory until all preorders have been processed.

8. Since it is a preorder, will payment for my order come out once it ships?
 a. No, payments will be processed once your order is placed as usual.
