1. When will my order ship?
a. We will start processing orders that contain presale items by March 13.
2. Will my order be prioritized?
a. All orders placed from March 3 to March 13th that contain presale items will receive priority fulfillment.
3. Can I cancel?
a. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation by March 20th, please contact customer service and they can assist with tracking down your order or canceling if you would like to do so.
4. What if I have an item on my order that isn’t from the presale collection? Can I have that shipped separately?
a. We will not be splitting orders. Any order that contains items from our presale event will ship as one complete order and follow the expected processing day of March 13.
b. This includes merged orders.
5. Will there be a restock the next day?
a. No additional inventory will become available until we ship out all orders from this event.
6. Since it is a presale, will payment for my order come out once it ships?
a. No, payment will be processed once your order is placed.
