If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Kate Quinn shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

COLORS

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will vary depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

PROMOTIONS

Kate Quinn will run promotions on katequinn.com from time to time. Unless explicitly stated in promotional communications or our website, promotional offers may not be combined. Only one coupon is allowed per order. Unless explicitly stated in promotional communications or our website

  • Free Shipping offers apply within the US only
  • Loyalty Coupons and/or Discount Codes may not be combined. Promotional SMS codes cannot be applied to an order or credited post-purchase for any reason. 
  • Promotional discount codes may be applied to an existing order if you reach out to our customer service team within 10 minutes of placing an order. This policy applies to all orders placed on December 14, 2022 forward. We are not able to retroactively apply discount codes to previously placed orders.
  • Grab bag sets of three items have a minimum retail MSRP value of $75.00. Bags may include higher value items like dresses and outerwear mixed with lower value items such as accessories to meet the minimum $75.00 value.
  • Kate Quinn reserves the right to mark all garment labels with black permanent marker if we believe that a retail customer purchasing goods at a discounted price has the intent to resell on any other platforms or marketplaces. This includes Amazon and eBay which is strictly prohibited.
  • Promotional gift certificates issued during promotions such as "receiving a gift certificate when making a purchase" are limited to one per customer and orders must be over $25.00. Gift certificates will be issued after shipping and can be in the form of a store credit on your existing account to be used next time you shop or e-mailed issued gift certificate with special onetime code not to be used with other coupons or promotions.
  • During high volume sales and/or deeply discounted sales, like but not limited to the $10 sale and price point sales, we reserve the right to refund out of stock items WITHOUT contacting the customer. Orders during those sales due to high volume, WILL ship outside the normal processing window. once an order is placed it CANNOT BE CHANGED, ADDED TO OR ALTERED.

POLICY ON RESELLERS AND RESELLING

Kate Quinn Organics Inc. is a direct-to-consumer business intended to serve end consumers. We do not offer wholesale discounts to other retailers. Individuals or companies who buy in quantity for intended resell should be aware of the following:
• No returns requests will be authorized from presumed resellers
• No refunds will be issued to presumed resellers
• Loyalty points will not be earned on orders placed by presumed resellers
• Loyalty points may not be redeemed on presumed reseller orders
• Loyalty Program will be removed from presumed reseller accounts

COLLECTION LAUNCH & POP UP EVENTS

Drop inventory, styles and size availability are subject to change with each launch and assortment. Prior to a launch or event, we close and password protect our website storefront for 1-2 hours to allow our team to make necessary inventory updates. These updates include, but are not limited to, adding and removing inventory, price updates, uploading or removing product images based on availability and more. If we identify an individual not authorized to enter our site during this time has done so, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the entire order. We define entering our site to include previewing items and sharing any information related to them on social media or on a public channel when those items have not yet publicly released. Shopping the site means building carts, or otherwise "shopping" the site while it is still password protected.

The kate quinn mobile message Service is operated by Kate Quinn Organics, Inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “kate quinn”). No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other kate quinn mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes.
