PREORDER!
Fall Vintage Kate Quinn

Due to this collection being a preorder, we do not have studio samples in, so we have used our illustrations instead. The colors/prints on our illustrations may differ slightly from those on the physical product.

1. How long will the preorder be available to purchase?
 a. Fall Vintage Kate Quinn Preorder will be available on site from Saturday June 7th 8am PST through Monday June 9th 10am PST.

2. Exclusive Preorder Merge
 a. We will only be merging orders that contain items from the Fall Vintage Kate Quinn Preorder collection. If you place multiple orders during the duration the preorder is live and they do not contain preorder items, the order(s) will not be merged. To ensure you get all your items in a timely manner we highly recommend placing separate orders for preorder and non-preorder items.

3. When will my order ship?
 a.  Our current estimated start processing date for this preorder is mid September 2025.

4. Will my order be prioritized
 a. All orders containing items from the Fall Vintage Kate Quinn preorder will be prioritized as soon as the collection reaches our warehouse.

5. Can I cancel?
 a. If you do not receive tracking information for your Fall Vintage Kate Quinn Preorder by the end of day on 10/31/2025, you may request to cancel your order and return to the original form of payment.

6. What if I have an item on my order that isn't from the Fall Vintage Kate Quinn collection? Can I have that shipped separately?
 a. Items from a different collection will not be shipped separately if they are part of your Fall Vintage Kate Quinn Preorder. You may reach out to customer service and request for your order to be split but it will be an additional shipping charge based off the requested shipping method.

7. Will there be a restock the next morning?
 a. This collection will not be restocked the following morning. Since this is a preorder event all inventory is "unlimited" as we will be purchasing items based off of sales. We will not be loading any additional inventory until all preorders have been processed.

8. Since it is a preorder, will payment for my order come out once it ships?
 a. No, payments will be processed once your order is placed as usual.
