RANCH ORGANIC COTTON PREORDER UPDATE

YEE HAW! Ranch Fabric Swatches Have Arrived.

Our first batch of Ranch strike-offs has officially arrived!

These are the first fabric print samples from the preorder collection, and this is one of the most important moments in the process. Your feedback truly helps shape what moves forward into production.

Refresher: What’s a Strike-Off?

Strike-offs are print tests on fabric that allow us to review scale, color, and overall aesthetic before full production begins.

This is where we fine-tune the details — and where your input makes a real difference.

We Need Your Help 🖤

If you participated in this preorder, we’d love for you to weigh in.

Simply drop a comment on this post with any thoughts, callouts, or questions.

Scale & Color Review

To help you visualize scale, we’ve photographed each strike-off next to a 18-24 month dress.

If you ordered during this preorder, please share feedback on any prints you have opinions about. Every comment will be considered as we determine next steps.

In this first group, we do have some scale options on a couple below to weigh in on.

A Few Notes While Viewing:

  • Photos were taken in our office under artificial lighting and are not color corrected.
  • These print designs and colorways were selected through community voting during the preorder process.
  • Some colors may read slightly off due to lighting and phone photography, but the underlying print files remain consistent with our approved artwork.
  • If you’re unsure about a color — ask! We’re happy to clarify.

What Happens Next?

After we gather feedback, each strike-off will be:

  • APPROVED — cleared to move forward into production
  • REJECTED — adjustments requested and a new strike-off submitted

This is exactly where customer feedback helps us get things right.

If, during review, we feel it would be helpful to see a full physical sample, we’ll share updates here on the blog.

Behind the Scenes: Production Updates

·       We’ve also completed final trim checks with our preorder team based on units sold vs. ordered.

·       A few style standard updates have been communicated to the factory

·       Prototypes have been requested where needed

Collection Reminder

  • Solids: Wide Rib and Gauze
  • Prints: Jersey, Interlock and Gauze

Important Timing

We’ll be collecting comments through Thursday, 3.19.26 at 10:00 AM PST to give everyone time to weigh in.

After that, we’ll finalize approvals and move into the next stage of production.

Thank you for helping us make this collection the best it can be. Your feedback truly matters — and we can’t wait to see photos of your little ones in these looks!

    All small options for dahlia.
Lavender wildflower looks like it has grey and black in it? I actually like it. I think. I believe i bought a dress in this. And the blue dahlia i bought my son a shirt. Pls make print small.

Highland cow – the photo colors look drastically different from the one with all the blue ish prints to the one with the white top for color.

The one next to the white looks about right – hopefully that’s more true to what it looks like. But looks less teal? Photos are hard to tell though

If ya need a sample, let me know. This is our fav and we’ve hoarded it lol

The cactus floral looks too saturated and dark. It almost looks coral in color. It should be more pastel. Like lavender, baby pink, jadeite etc. The horses on lavender horse are far too dark. It should be more muted.

Gauze lavender wildflower scale looks a bit small, I’d prefer the larger scale of dahlias, and cactus flower looks a little bit too orange. Other than that everything looks beautiful and I’m so excited to see these coming together so nicely!! I’d love to see the solid wheat color irl. There were some requests in vip to leave it the bright sunshiny yellow that was shown in the preorder and I’m curious to see how that one turned out.

Lavender wildflower is perfect. Cactus floral looks odd. Maybe the tone of the pink? I prefer the larger scale dahlias.
