RANCH ORGANIC COTTON PREORDER UPDATE

YEE HAW! Ranch Fabric Swatches Have Arrived.
Our first batch of Ranch strike-offs has officially arrived!
These are the first fabric print samples from the preorder collection, and this is one of the most important moments in the process. Your feedback truly helps shape what moves forward into production.

Refresher: What’s a Strike-Off?
Strike-offs are print tests on fabric that allow us to review scale, color, and overall aesthetic before full production begins.
This is where we fine-tune the details — and where your input makes a real difference.
We Need Your Help 🖤
If you participated in this preorder, we’d love for you to weigh in.
Simply drop a comment on this post with any thoughts, callouts, or questions.
Scale & Color Review
To help you visualize scale, we’ve photographed each strike-off next to a 18-24 month dress.
If you ordered during this preorder, please share feedback on any prints you have opinions about. Every comment will be considered as we determine next steps.

In this first group, we do have some scale options on a couple below to weigh in on.

A Few Notes While Viewing:
- Photos were taken in our office under artificial lighting and are not color corrected.
- These print designs and colorways were selected through community voting during the preorder process.
- Some colors may read slightly off due to lighting and phone photography, but the underlying print files remain consistent with our approved artwork.
- If you’re unsure about a color — ask! We’re happy to clarify.
What Happens Next?
After we gather feedback, each strike-off will be:
- APPROVED — cleared to move forward into production
- REJECTED — adjustments requested and a new strike-off submitted
This is exactly where customer feedback helps us get things right.
If, during review, we feel it would be helpful to see a full physical sample, we’ll share updates here on the blog.
Behind the Scenes: Production Updates
· We’ve also completed final trim checks with our preorder team based on units sold vs. ordered.
· A few style standard updates have been communicated to the factory
· Prototypes have been requested where needed

Important Timing
We’ll be collecting comments through Thursday, 3.19.26 at 10:00 AM PST to give everyone time to weigh in.
After that, we’ll finalize approvals and move into the next stage of production.
Thank you for helping us make this collection the best it can be. Your feedback truly matters — and we can’t wait to see photos of your little ones in these looks!
Please consider lightening up the lavender horses print color if that is how dark it will be.
Large scale for blue dahlia. It looks closest to the original
The balsam plaid is a lot different than the piece we have from previous years. I know they said they wanted to add blue for it to match the collection more but it needs more green.
The highland cows are off they need to be more aqua blue like the mock up
The highland cow color does not look at all like what the preorder advertised in the preorder sale.
Cactus Flower – looks too coral and saturated, feels like it should be softer in color and blend with the other pinks and purples of this collection. Agree it should be more pastel.
Blue dahlia – definitely prefer the smaller scale print
Burlwood dahlia – definitely prefer the smaller scale print
Lavender horses – agree that it seems a bit dark on the horses, maybe a bit less contrast and more muted
