PRESALE | SPOOKY BAMBOO

Due to the high demand from our customers, we have decided to presale our spooky bamBOO collection. There are a few slight differences between this presale and others we've done in the past. The launch is so early that we do not have studio samples in, so we have used our illustrations in place of product images. Colors/prints on our illustrations may slightly differ from those on the physical product.

1. When will my order ship?
 a. We expect spooky to leave the factory around August 25th, 2023 and arrive in our warehouse the first week of September 2023. Currently, our estimated start date for order processing is September 8th, 2023. Our team will be diligent in providing updates to customers.

2. Will my order be prioritized?
 a. All orders containing items from the spooky bamboo presale will be prioritized as soon as the collection reaches our warehouse.

3. Can I cancel?
 a. If you do not receive tracking information for your spooky bamboo order by the end of day September 20th, 2023 you may request to cancel your order and refund to original form of payment.

4. What if I have an item on my order that isn't from the Spooky Bamboo collection? Can I have that shipped separately?
 a. Items from a different collection will not be shipped separately if they are part of your spooky order.

5. Will there be a restock the next morning?
 a. This collection will not restock. We will not be loading any additional inventory until all presale orders have been processed.

6. Since it is a presale, will payment for my order come out once it ships?
 a. No, payments will be processed once your order is placed as usual.
