Currently, there is no priority processing available and all orders will be processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Please watch for your ship confirmation email to advise when your order(s) have been processed and shipped. We appreciate your patience as we work diligently to process and ship your order in as timely a manner as possible.
*During collection launches and an increase of sales, more processing time may be needed and will be announced in the banner at the top of this page.
Standard Shipping orders will be processed in the order they are received and shipped within 7-10 business days. Once processed, orders will be shipped by standard delivery.
Please note that reserve the right to choose shipping carriers for any Free Shipping promotions, those promotions cannot be applied to expedited or overnight services.
Once an order is processed and shipped, please refer to the carrier and tracking number to get estimated delivery dates and times.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Kate Quinn Organics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We can only confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
Unfortunately, we have suspended store pickups due to orders not being picked up in a timely manner. We apologize for any inconvenience.
During Presale Events, we may make some items available for preorder on our website. Items that are preordered will be clearly marked as "presale". If expected shipping time is less than 30 days, we will charge credit cards at time of preorder. If expected shipping time is more than 30 days we will authorize payment and charge cards upon shipment. Due to the nature of preselling, we may not have all the items in stock at the time of the event. In the unlikely event that the items do not arrive and get stocked in our warehouse, missing items will be canceled from your order and refunded to your original form of payment.
